About AARMAO Property Inspections
Mr. Armao has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. His skill set ranges from residential home building, commercial and residential renovations, as well as high rise, multi story, ground up construction. He is a Licensed NYC Department of Building Construction Superintendent, a Certified InterNACHI Professional Inspector, and a Licensed and insured Home Inspector. Mr. Armao utilizes his experience and knowledge of the building construction industry to ensure that each Property Inspection he performs is of the highest quality detailed evaluation. His goal is make sure that when his evaluation of the property is completed, that the customer is thoroughly aware and informed of the existing property condition, and the condition of all the property components.
Our Process
AARMAO Property Inspections will perform a detailed evaluation of the interior as well as the exterior condition of your home or structure. Critical components of your home such as the HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and roof will be inspected as well. During the inspection we will discuss with you any concerns that may be observed and present options to you that you will want to consider as part of your purchase. We will then provide you with a detailed written report. When we are done, our goal is to make sure you have a comprehensive understanding of the existing condition of the property you are considering purchasing.
Pre-Inspection Agreement
Prior to the actual inspection we will discuss the parameters of the inspection. Upon agreement a detailed cost estimate will be presented to the client for review and approval.

On-Site Consultations
As the inspection is being conducted the inspector will discuss, and describe with the client, what it is that he is seeing during the inspection.
